How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, they are packed and dispatched from our location within 1 day of placing your order. For COD orders, you will receive a confirmation message or call from our team to verify the order. Once confirmed, the order will be dispatched. Please note that once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Our trusted shipping partners, India Post (Speed Post and Business Parcel), ensure the delivery of your products at the earliest. For bulk orders, we collaborate with VRL Logistics and others.
In case the delivery partner is unable to reach the provided address or a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in sturdy boxes, which are sealed with plastic tape. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
Where does Anuved ship its products?
Anuved ships across all regions of India. However, international delivery is not available at this time, though we are working on expanding globally. Stay tuned!
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges depend on your order value and location:
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping for Anuved and Anuspa products (not valid for Bio-D).
- Orders below ₹999: The following zone-wise charges apply:

For bulk orders, shipping charges will be calculated separately based on the order's specifications. Additionally, for orders weighing above 3kgs, our representative will contact you to discuss reasonable shipping options.
How long does delivery take? The estimated delivery time is 5-8 days, depending on the location. Please note that during high-demand events like Mega Sales, delivery might take longer due to increased order volumes.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and details of the courier company managing your delivery. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch.
What happens if my order is shipped in multiple shipments? Don’t worry! This simply means different parts of your order are shipped from different warehouse locations. Rest assured, shipping/COD charges, if applicable, are only applied to the first package you receive.
